SHIPPING POLICY

Clownfish Studio ships to Germany, many countries across Europe and selected international destinations. Because our products are fulfilled in different ways, shipping availability, production times and delivery methods may vary by product and destination.

Free shipping on selected products

Free shipping is included in the price of our Premium Art Prints, Poster Editions, Ocean-Inspired Mugs and Après-Dive T-shirts in the countries where these products are available. No additional shipping charge will be added at checkout for these products.

If your order also contains products shipped directly from our studio, a shipping charge may apply to those items. The complete shipping cost will always be shown in your cart before payment.

Products shipped from our studio

Some products are packed and dispatched directly from our studio in Germany. They are packed plastic-free and shipped with CO₂ compensation.

Shipping costs for these products are calculated according to:

  • the total order weight; and
  • the delivery destination.

The applicable shipping charge is shown at checkout before payment is completed.

Processing and production times

Products shipped from our studio are normally dispatched within 1–3 business days.

Made-to-order products are produced individually after your order is placed and therefore require production time before shipping. Production times vary according to the product and production partner.

Estimated delivery times

After dispatch, typical delivery estimates are:

  • Europe: approximately 5–10 business days;
  • destinations outside Europe: approximately 7–14 business days.

These are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Made-to-order production time is additional. Customs processing, local postal services, seasonal demand and other circumstances outside our control may occasionally cause delays.

Separate shipments

Products in the same order may be fulfilled by different partners and can therefore arrive in separate parcels at different times.

Any applicable shipping charges will be shown in your cart at checkout. You will not be charged extra simply because your order is delivered in more than one parcel.

Tracking

Tracking information is provided when available. Some shipping methods or destinations may not offer full end-to-end tracking.

Customs, import duties and taxes

Orders delivered outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees imposed by the destination country.

Unless checkout specifically states otherwise, these charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient.
